THE ALL STARS - RECREATIONAL COMPETITIVE TEAM

Compulsory Levels 4-5

• 6 Hours Per Week
• DAYS AND TIMES: Mon./Wed. 5pm to 8pm
• As in the Developmental Program, the compulsory levels are progressive in nature, building upon skills acquired at the previous levels. More emphasis is placed on skill development than physical development since these gymnasts will enter the competitive arena sooner as they tend to be older, more mature and thus ready to perform safely. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including local League Championships working mainly within the AAU sporting system.

Prep Optionals

• 6 Hours Per Week
• DAYS AND TIMES: Tues./Thurs. 5pm to 8pm
• The Prep Ops., like the optional level athletes, are gymnasts who have demonstrated a proficiency in the compulsory levels and are ready to try new skills better suited for their unique style. There are four levels within the Prep Ops starting with Bronze, then Silver, Gold and Platinum. The skills and requirements become more challenging as they move through the levels up to Platinum. Competitive opportunities are provided up to and including local League Championships working mainly within the AAU sporting system. State Championships are also available through USAG.
