Mission: The mission of TEGA Boosters is to support competitive gymnastics for team members of the Elite Gymnastics Academy, sustain and promote their pursuit of team and individual performance excellence. TEGA Boosters will raise funds, offer education initiatives, manage competition fees and expenses, and provide leadership in the development of team spirit, welfare, and recognition.

Goals:

Financial Assistance

• Equipment and amenities to enhance the training of the gymnasts and the atmosphere of the gymnastics facility for team members and families.
• Relieve families of the cost of competitive gymnastics coach travel and compensation, meet entry fees, and uniforms.
• Promote the mental, physical, and moral development of the gymnasts.
• Collect and distribute fees related to the competitive season through a pre-payment plan.
• Foster team unity through effective communication among members, the community, and individual gymnasts.
• Support the coaches in the development of a competitive team program.
• Sustain and promote the enjoyment of the sport of gymnastics for team members, families, and coaches.

Membership: Mandatory.

Attendance and Participation: Highly encouraged.

Dues: $40 annually, covers incidentals for programs and initiatives
